• Registration is required prior to seeing the doctor. Please contact the reception first: +32 3 239 43 76.

• For technical procedures such as blood sampling, vaccination, freezing warts and removal of earwax plugs, our nurse will be available to assist you.

• There is no fee for consultations with our general practitioner or nurse, once you are registered.

• Our services are exclusively available to residents within this designated zone. If you reside just outside our registration zone, consult www.huisartszoeker.be.

• If you consult another general practitioner in the Antwerp region during our regular opening hours, you will be responsible for covering the cost yourself without intervention from the mutual health insurance. Outside our opening hours, you can seek urgent assistance at the emergency care center. The contact details can be found under the "Contact Us" section.

• Appointments can be booked online.

• To book an appointment by phone, please contact us between 8 AM and 12 PM at +32 3 239 43 76.

• To cancel your appointment: please call us at least 1 hour in advance or click on the link in your confirmation e-mail. Administration fees can be charged if you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment too late.

• Please book 1 appointment per person. If you want to consult the doctor for multiple persons, we ask you to book multiple appointments.

• New patients residing within this area are welcome to register. You can come by during reception hours to register on the waiting list.
